'Driving in my car' pattern

Cute little cars wind their way around this bracelet following each other nose to tail on a grey track. As a guide, I made 9 cars for the bracelet which fits a 7.5 inch wrist loosely with a clasp. I have used a filler to give some shape, although not necessary.

This is an easy pattern which will suit beginners. As you add each little car you can choose your own colours, although I will indicate which colours I have used in the instructions.

The pattern has a circumference of 11 beads and has a single column seam. I have used Miyuki rocailles size 11.

This pattern is for peyote with a twist - not crochet.

You will need experience of working peyote as well as the peyote with a twist technique. This relatively new technique was devised by Gerlinde Lenz and lends itself to many beautiful patterns.
