Pricing:

All prices shown are in pound sterling.

Postage and packing:

Goods will be dispatched upon payment being received. All payments will be through Paypal unless otherwise arranged. Goods will be sent to the address shown on the buyer's Paypal account. 

Please note that I only post goods to UK customers at present. If you are interested in buying an item and you live outside the UK please message me and I can work out the postage for your region and invoice you if the cost is agreeable.

Any tutorials or pdfs can be sent worldwide.

Returns Policy:

My products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail and quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied or have any questions, please contact me by email and I will do my best to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

If, after contacting me, you should have reason to return the item, it should be returned within 14 days of the payment date in the same condition as when purchased and in the case of jewellery, unworn, and in the original packaging. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to it being faulty. Any faulty goods will require a photo to be sent to me on arrival so that I can easily see and deal with any problems. If returning for any other reason, once I have received the item and have determined that it is in the same condition as it was sent, I will refund the cost of the item. As I have to pay Paypal fees on any sales, I will have to add this sum back in for any items returned which are not faulty and for which I have had to deduct Paypal fees from the money I received.

Commission items are non returnable due to the cost of time and materials involved.

Within the limits of photography and web and screen definition colours of beads and materials used are depicted as accurately as possible. Therefore, they may be slightly different than shown on screen.
