'Christmas tartan and poinsettia'

Christmas is coming!!

 This pattern is for peyote with a twist - not crochet.

You will need experience of working peyote as well as the peyote with a twist technique. This relatively new technique was devised by Gerlinde Lenz and lends itself to many beautiful patterns. 

I designed this pretty necklace with a combination of two patterns, poinsettia and tartan. I've used traditional Christmas colours of white, green, red and gold. 

It has an 11 bead circumference with a single column seam.

The really pretty poinsettia pendant is also my design and the tutorial is available here on my website. It can, of course, be made as a standalone item.
